Yes most likely as the Ex works term in Incoterm 2010 means that the seller has the responsibility to arrange the goods at their premise and then buyer pays all the cost. Alibaba can arrange the transport for you but you will have to bear each and every cost from the seller premise and that can be risky and expensive.

So better purchase on CIF or DDP incoterm where the buyer risk and cost is much lesser.
