The free shipping icon on the main page is merely a fake. If I choose it and then look in my cart, there is no more free shipping. Asking the vendor why, he said its not the vendors jurisdication rather then the Web page administrator from Ali express.

What I also realize, and I seriously wonder why, is the fact that if I buy 2 items the shipping cost to south Africa is low. $0.53 with China post is a good deal. If I increase the same item ( roughly 10gr a piece ) by just 1 part, the shipping cost will increase to $34.74 and I can not choose a more cost effective solution. Asking the vendor is obsolete.

So I made 2 orders with 2 parts each. That’s insane. I tried to communicate with the vendor, but unfortunately nobody is willing to help.

Also some items can not be delivered to South Africa. Maybe they think South Africa is still an apartheid government and the ANC is declared a terrorist Union.

I have to find a friend in Namibia, let it ship there and then get it to SA.
