To put it very simply, FOB means the quoted price includes only the value of the product + shipping to local port /address/ warehouse.

Usually FOB only means the quoted value only includes shipping to address in the same province (ie: Shanghai seller delivery to Shanghai address, they may charge if it’s outside of Shanghai).
