Typically, your supplier will need to arrange with a local logistic agent and ship to the local address in China. Your agent will do all the packing and documentation. If it’s USA Amazon address, you just need to give it to your agent.

Most suppliers can type in English. However, all payment must be made in full before product gets shipped out from their warehouse to the local China agent.

Once your agent received all your products, he/she will inform you and check the quantity or quality check for you. Always ask for a picture proof on goods received. You might want to send sample for photo taking to another local photographer. This save you time taking the photograph all by yourself.

If you’re doing FBA, never go by freight. Send by air is the most economical way.

All clearing documents should be settled by your agent. You just need to wait patiently for your goods to arrive from China.
