Make sure you are White labelling the product with the approval from original equipment manufacturer and you have a NDA signed. If you are doing this without his consent then you need to worry.

Secondly make sure you have an import licence if you are planning to import in large quantity.

Also check if you require licence from Govt to sell that product in India. Telecommunication products like routers etc require govt licence and approval before you can sell them in India.

Just make sure you follow above points and you are good to go.
